Wondering about returns, refunds, or exchanges for your online orders? Here's the scoop:

For all our nationwide-shipped perishable goodies, it's a final sale policy. Once the order is on its way, we can't accept returns or offer refunds. If you need to tweak or cancel a nationwide order, give us a shout before it's in the works. Refunds are in play only if the order hasn't hit the road yet. We hustle on processing orders within 1-2 business days, so swift action is key if you need to cancel.

Now, when it comes to hiccups caused by our shipping buddies (think weather, mechanical hiccups, strikes, or other unpredictable events), Rancho Bombs can't offer refunds. We're here to tackle any order issues, though! Just shoot an email to contact@ranchobombs.com, and our team will jump on it. We handle each concern case by case.
